Shannon is an Integrative Osteopath and draws on many techniques to help her patients. She has a strong foundation and skill in natural and allied health having been in practice as an Osteopath since 2002.

Her depth of experience also covers Oral facial myology, Homeopathy, muscle testing and nutritional supplementation. She is also able to refer for non rebatable pathology testing such as pyrrole disorder, Nutripath test kits, HTMA (Hair mineral analysis) and rebatable spinal x-rays. She is a passionate practitioner who enjoys treating patients, and is very caring and intuitive. Shannon has completed her 6th year of University training to cover treatment of infants and paediatrics.

Whilst in Melbourne she ran a busy Inner City clinic with her husband, Anthony Hilkemeijer (Director of BodyIQ and Osteopath).

Shannon also lectured at RMIT University and was a clinical examiner of final year Osteopathic students. She undertook a Masters of research examining the Autonomic Nervous System.

Shannon is the mother of four children and enjoys reading homeopathic books, walking, watercolour, Pilates and many cups of tea.

Irene graduated in Vienna, worked 2 years in paediatrics and then emigrated to Australia to raise her 3 children.

Irene has lived in the Port Macquarie Hinterland for the past 19 years working in Rehabilitation, Acute Stroke and in Private Practice.

Irene comes with 30 years of experience specialising in neurological and vestibular rehabilitation.
